Return Policy

At Modivora, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from modivora.com, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns:

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached. Please keep in mind that:

• Returns for items bought on modivora.com cannot be processed at retail stores.

• Similarly, items purchased in retail stores cannot be returned through our online platform.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, items must also be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Currently, we only accept size exchanges for online purchases.

• Retail store purchases are not eligible for online exchanges.

• If you need a different color or have any questions, reach out to us—we’d be happy to assist!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Log in to your account, go to Order History, and choose the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2. Don’t have an account? Click here to find your order and begin the process.
